Quality Assurance
Advance screening of suppliers (including lab testing) for product and
process capability, thereby reducing time spent by customers in
useless evaluation of samples.
On-site, up-front establishment of product quality characteristics and
acceptable quality levels (AQL's) before orders are placed to ensure
compliance and avoid misunderstandings later.
Reduced start-up problems with new products and new suppliers by
engineering quality in the product and process at the beginning of the
project.
Assurance that goods are acceptable prior to shipment by using
graduate engineers doing on-site in-process checking and final inspections with customer-approved
checklists.
